Window Position

Standard window positions have been selected as they cater for most business needs, including barcoded mail. However, windows can be positioned in a variety of places, vary in size, shape and number and be on one side of an envelope or both.

Paper Folding

It's equally important to have your documents folded correctly as well as printing your address information on these documents in the correct area. This will make the mailing easier and more cost effective.

Stock Envelopes
Alternative window sizes available on request, for all envelopes, for quantities of 50,000 or more.

Correct Addressing
When we are sending your mail out we make sure that the address is correctly printed on each piece of mail that leaves our factory. If you would like to see the guidelines we follow you can download it here. <LetterGuide.pdf>
